It has large impact on hospitality industry ,where in hotels above 3 star ratings are struggling to reach their desired occupancy levels and to meet their administrative and infrastructrure expenses .
The slow down in star category is due to entry of luxury accommodation providers at affordable prices who are generating and attracting more customers by putting thousands of options online at prices which suits and attracts the customer Location wise ,city wise etc .They have option of defining itenary at their choice with just a click and at different location /cities on same window.The growth is accelerating in the segment as the industry has huge potential for future growth for companies having online reservation system for hotel bookings.
